Reviving the old

Waste is the worst thing in the world, that's why you should only buy things you truly love-no matter how impractical!

Case in point, this Erdem dress from Fall Winter 2008! The dress boasts a high collar with a bow attached, think tuxedo style, a slit from the back of the neck until the lower back and to add more impracticality to the mix it's a "winter" dress made entirely out of chiffon and silk. 

Your mother would tell you to step away, but of course we stepped in!

We like to make things practical for ourselves, like hiding the bow at front of the neck by tucking the dress in and attaching a heavy Prada necklace to weigh down the fabric. We also modified the slit so its not too low (think mid-back) and added grey Woldford tights to make the whole look winter ready!


Voila! Buy what you love no matter how impractical!
